She is stuck in a time-loop having to relive her shitty valentine’s day over and over again, a day she had planned out perfectly but it went HORRIBLY wrong.Įven though she has to relive valentine’s day constantly she is given so many chances to right that terrible day and live it differently. the plot focuses on emilie (h), she lives by rules, lists and wants to please everyone and live a perfect, set out life to avoid conflict-but then she has a not-so-perfect valentine’s day. This is my second lynn painter read, and i am proud to say she is slowly becoming one of my favourite authors!! she absolutely knocked it out of the park with BTTM, and i expected another phenomenal YA romance novel, and that’s exactly what she delivered. This book is giving groundhog day meets ferris buller’s day off “i fell in love with you on valentine’s day, emilie,īut i need more than just seven minutes.” ![]()
